Housing Bubble then Crash

A simplified approach to now-too-well-known housing boom, then the burst ... *pop*!

Unfortunately, once the economy becomes a bit too hot (as a result of easy credit and hunt for ever-higher return on investment), we end up going through housing boom. (Also, commodity speculation. Both of these bubbles became too ridiculous back in 2008, until the house of cards fell apart.)

Oh, well ......
