Hi.

Are you looking for someone who accepts commissions?

I know a new artist here on DA that you might like.

Would you be interested in seeing her work?

Two interesting links from YouTube, courtesy of Ushanka Show:

The difference between the Kolkhoz (collective farm) and Sovkhoz (state farm): https://youtu.be/BIII9ulH0-A

The difference between the cost of living during the late Soviet Era vs. today's Russia: https://youtu.be/wpd_FOfIVSw

Why am I delving into these stuffs? Because I have become sick and tired of the good old "communism vs. capitalism", "democracy vs. totalitarianism" sort of shit. Just take a quick look at the US politics! A good chunk of them are CLUELESS.

Furthermore, when dealing with issues like "capitalism", "socialism", "communism", etc., the ultimate question centers around: WHO DOES WHAT TO WHOM? In other words, economics is not quite about the good old triangle of the land-labor-capital triangle from most of our textbooks.

Instead, economics has a lot to do with how we arrange ourselves within the constraint of the established policies, but also understand how such policies favor one demographic segment at the expense of others.

You are very much welcome! :)

In some ways, I think the ongoing Covid-19 might be good for some artists. That is, since lockdowns are in place under one capacity over another, might as well stay quietly in our homes, re-explore our bookshelves, go online and catch up on news, and so on ... as a means of re-energizing ourselves. We are constantly hungry for more ideas. Might as well get the most out of the ongoing Covid-19 madness ...... ;)

Happy Easter, dear friend! Happy Easter Easter egg
Better late than never. Thanks! Meanwhile, hopefully you have been doing all right. :)
